Nafta College at State Commission on Mineral Reserves

On 27–28 May 2025, Nafta College took part in the annual N.N. Lisovsky Conference, “Challenging Reserves — Present and Future,” organised by the State Commission on Mineral Reserves with support from Rosnedra and the Expert Council on Oil and Gas. The event was held at the World Trade Centre in Moscow.

The conference brought together representatives from GKZ, Rosnedra, the Expert Council on Oil and Gas, as well as executives and specialists from NOVATEK, LUKOIL, Gazprom Neft, Zarubezhneft, Tatneft, Rosneft, Sakhalin Energy, Lomonosov Moscow State University and others. Discussions focused on the most pressing issues and challenges facing Russia’s oil and gas industry, particularly around the exploration, development and production of challenging reserves.

On the second day, Evgeny Malyavko presented on “The PetroCup Intelligent Simulator as a Tool for Improving Field Development Efficiency.” His presentation drew significant interest and prompted numerous questions about the PetroCup simulator.

During the event, Nafta College also met with representatives of Russia’s leading operating companies to discuss potential partnerships and the products and services offered by the ARAX Group of Companies.
