Results of the PetroCup Public tournament

A new PetroCup tournament was held on October 28, 2020.

Three teams from three different parts of the world – Kazan and Tyumen, and Egypt competed in a battle to hoist the trophy and earn the title of a Champion. Despite all the challenges encountered, everyone found opportunity in the unknown by taking risks and adapting quickly while keeping a friendly atmosphere full of excitement to a degree where the competitive spirit was felt even over a distance.

With fine roster of specialists from StratOil Energy Services, students of Kazan Federal University and Tyumen State University we were about to witness some competitive play. The skill level of all teams was so high that during the tournament we have witnessed back to back comebacks where both teams competed with great fervour.

Three teams demonstrated top-tier plays and the results were exceptional. The Tonian team from Kazan Federal University took the lead by a margin, achieving a whooping result of 52.8%.
