Activity by Activity Analysis

Activity by Activity Analysis (AAA) — is a comprehensive, structured evaluation of strategies, scenarios, and workovers executed by a team during a tournament or training session in the PetroCup simulator.
Designed for a single team, AAA is conducted over the course of one working day.
The analysis is based on a set of automatically generated performance metrics that assess the effectiveness of workovers carried out by participants.
AAA sessions are led by a Nafta College expert and can be conducted in person or online.
Objectives
- In-depth assessment of team strategies, scenarios, and completed workovers
- Collaborative review of the decision-making process behind selected strategies and operational approaches
- Identification of errors, analysis of their causes, and discussion of corrective actions
- Evaluation of team competencies, strengths, and areas for development
- Analysis of team composition, professional expertise, and skill distribution
- Review of internal communication effectiveness and decision-making efficiency
- Addressing outstanding questions regarding simulator functionality
- Gathering team feedback and suggestions for improving simulator capabilities
- Providing expert recommendations from Nafta College to support competency development
Criteria for Selecting a Team for AAA
- The team had the final score of «Fair» - «Failure»
- The employer seeks a detailed competency assessment to identify strengths and weaknesses among employees with lower performance scores
