The PetroCup Public Online session consists of 3 trial shots with a set time frame. This type of session will allow everyone to whom it may concern to get acquainted with the interface and core functionality of the PetroCup simulator before taking part in a Tournament or Practicum session. This session, however, restricts the access to additional features of the simulator and excludes important components such as Debriefing. There are also some technical limitations that include inability to remake the current shot nor the entire session from scratch. PetroCup contains data on synthetic fields that are very similar to the actual data. The PetroCup public session uses one of the synthetic deposits from the Asset Library.
