The host's responsibilities include:

• Full efforts to comply with the Rules and Regulations

• Delegating The Club Chairman
• Forming The Program Committee
• Inquiring funding for both arrangement and conduction of Club's events
• Forming strategic partnerships with member organizations of the Club
• Providing a legal body that will carry out contract activities of the Club's organizing committee
• Online forum support

The funds for organisations of the Club are provided by the Client

The host is the main beneficiary of all financial resources and is responsible for managing all expenses while providing full expenditure tracking report to the Client

The activities during the event are formed by the Organizer on the basis of Technical Specifications provided by the Clients and that are approved by other Clients

Club's organisational committee carries out all the operations associated with organisation of Club's events

Key organizational decisions are performed by the Club's administrator

All decisions are carried out via an online forum with a limited access through a web portal and mobile applications

A Client is any individual or legal entity that facilitates the Club's funding

Client's Privileges:

• Defining technical specifications for the Club's event as well as any other additional conditions
• Delegating participants in proportion to financial contribution

• Organizer's fee
• Organising committee's staff members' fee
• Financing organizing committee's travel expenses
• Office running expenses of the organizing committee
